If you would like to become one of my investors and profit from a future resale, I will offer the most favorable terms possible. You will not need to find a buyer, auction house, or art gallery yourself. I will handle this for you, acting as the organizer of the transaction !
All prices and calculations within the internal secondary market are denominated in U.S. dollars.
Transactions and transfers are conducted exclusively in cryptocurrency at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
All incoming funds are subject to mandatory AML screening to verify their legitimacy and source before the transaction is processed.
Before entering into a transaction, the buyer will receive a link to these terms and conditions for review.
Confirmation of acceptance by reply email means that the buyer has reviewed these terms and conditions, understands their content, and accepts them in full.
The subsequent transfer of funds confirms the buyer's intention to enter into the transaction under the terms set out below.
Section 1)
If you are interested in a custodial ownership model and do not intend to physically keep the painting in your possession, the original may remain in my custody for safekeeping while you retain full ownership rights.
The commission for a remote resale is only 10% of the new price set by you.
The maximum resale price may not exceed the price of the most expensive work in a comparable size category currently available for purchase on the website by more than 60%. The new resale price is determined and fixed at the time the painting is listed on the internal secondary market.
There is no time limit on how long the original may remain in custody while awaiting resale. Refunds of the original purchase price are not available under the custodial ownership model.
If a new buyer is not found within 6 months from the date the painting is listed on the internal secondary market, I can ship the painting to you at my expense. However, once the painting has been physically transferred into your possession, any subsequent resale will be subject to the terms of Section 2).
Before the end of this period, you may receive your original painting at any time by covering the shipping costs yourself.
Section 2)
If you take physical possession of the painting and subsequently wish to resell it, the painting must first be sent back to me for examination to verify its authenticity and condition, as well as the presence of all original documents provided by me.
In this case, the resale service commission will be higher and will amount to 20% of the new price set by you.
The maximum resale price may not exceed the price of the most expensive work in a comparable size category currently available for purchase on the website by more than 50%. The new resale price is determined and fixed at the time the painting is listed on the internal secondary market.
The cost of shipping the painting for examination will also be deducted from the final payout amount.
The payout will be transferred to the cryptocurrency wallet specified by you only after the painting has successfully passed the examination.
The artwork will then be shipped to its new owner.
Before shipment, the painting must be properly packaged or kept in its original packaging. To avoid any misunderstandings, photographic and video documentation of the painting's condition and the packaging process is mandatory before shipment.
In the event of minor damage or defects, the individually assessed cost of restoration will be deducted from the payout amount.
If the painting sustains substantial damage as a result of improper packaging or negligence in handling prior to shipment, the transaction will not proceed. The artwork will be excluded from the internal secondary market without reimbursement of its original purchase price. If necessary, I can ship the artwork back to you at your expense.
I am not financially liable for the loss of or damage to the painting caused by the shipping carrier.
In the event of confirmed damage during transportation, compensation will be handled in accordance with the applicable shipping and insurance terms.
To protect your interests, any painting sent for examination must be insured for a value agreed upon in advance.
